Clear Task, Inc., a consulting partner, has completed the implementation of the Salesforce Service Cloud in two fast-growing companies, integrating social media with ngmoco and a community platform for Get Satisfaction.

Ngmoco, a leading developer of games for the Android and iOS platforms, and Get Satisfaction, a leader in Social CRM, both faced challenges tracking high volumes of customer requests and conversations. Clear Task professional services helped each company meet growing demand using the Salesforce Service Cloud.

Ngmoco wanted to make its large and growing knowledgebase more readily available to gamers and third-party developers. “We built a flexible, mobile, social-media-ready knowledgebase that allows ngmoco to present content on Facebook using Salesforce,” said Brendan Callum, Senior Clear Task consultant.

“Now I can not only provide a wide variety of data to my clients, but I can make changes myself in Salesforce as our business evolves," said Joe Wagner, Player Relationships Manager at ngmoco.

Get Satisfaction offers its more than 55,000 clients a simple way to build online communities that enable productive conversations between companies and their customers. Clear Task helped Get Satisfaction develop an app on AppExchange that integrates the Get Satisfaction community platform with the Salesforce Service Cloud.
