Austrian Airlines’ well-priced 'Fabulous Vienna' vacation package, geared specifically to gay travelers from the US, includes roundtrip air plus three nights in a four-star hotel in Vienna, Austria.

Bram Majtlis, president of Atlanta-based Austrian Airlines Vacation Center, recently announced a well-priced vacation package geared specifically to gay travelers from the US. Fabulous Vienna, starting at $1,259 per person double occupancy from New York or Newark, includes roundtrip economy class air, three nights in Vienna at the Hotel NH Wien (four-star), a city sightseeing tour plus a ticket to the Belvedere Palace, home of Gustav Klimt’s masterpiece The Kiss. The package is also available for travel from Boston, Philadelphia, Washington ($1,339), Atlanta ($1,379), Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Dallas, Houston and Chicago ($1,479), as well as from Los Angeles, San Francisco and San Diego ($1,499).

Celebrate Klimt's 150th anniversary:
In 2012, Vienna will celebrate the 150th birthday of Gustav Klimt, and many special exhibits have been planned to highlight his art and that of his contemporaries, including the Gustav Klimt / Josef Hoffmann - Pioneers of Modernism exhibit at the Belvedere from October 25, 2011 – March 4, 2012 (entrance is included in the Fabulous Vienna package).

Fabulous Vienna is available for travel November 1 – December 14, 2011 and January 8 - March 31, 2012. The single supplement is $200. Weekend surcharges apply. Extension nights and upgrades are available upon request, as are rates for travel during other dates.

All packages need to be booked at least 14 days in advance. Payment in full is required within 24 hours of confirmation. Once confirmed, the packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be changed. Packages will be booked in economy class and are subject to schedule and space availability. Your minimum stay is 3 nights or one Saturday overnight, and your maximum stay in Europe is 30 days. The Fabulous Vienna package prices include fuel surcharges but does not include US Customs / INS / Aphis fees / International Transportation Tax / Passenger Facility Charges / Civil Aviation Security Fee / domestic and foreign Security and Airport Charges of approximately USD $165-$255 per passenger, depending on the itinerary.
