In her most recent role as vice president of customer satisfaction for one of the industry’s largest employer screening providers, Liz spearheaded and managed the redesign and launch of a dynamic, client-focused support model for top-tier customers that generated unprecedented cross-sell and up-sell revenue within a high-performing $150 million division of the company.

Moving forward, Liz will use her high-touch approach to account management and her more than 30-years of business development and operations expertise to maximize operational efficiencies, while also helping S2Verify’s valued clients find new ways to do more with less—a critical factor in a post-recession market.
