Acupuncture has been used for thousands of years to treat various ailments, from back pain to infertility to nausea relief in chemotherapy patients. Acupuncture is the use of sterilized, fine needles inserted into specific body points to help regulate the flow of energy (qi). According to the National Institutes of Health, in 2007 an estimated 3.1 million Americans had used acupuncture in the previous year.
Mirvana Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs is an upscale, contemporary clinic designed with the patient’s comfort in mind. The clinic is reminiscent of a spa; soothing décor and natural materials enhance the relaxation and healing therapies. Mirvana also houses a collection of natural bath and body products, herbal pillows, and vitamins.
