Concannon Vineyard, the winery that has put family first for four generations, is launching its second annual 'Family First' retail promotion this September. One lucky family will get a chance to win $20,000 to host the family reunion of their dreams.
“The contest struck a chord with consumers across the country with over 200,000 entries the first year, because Americans can relate to our commitment to bring families together,” said John Concannon, fourth generation vintner.
“Our first year’s winner, Debra Hill of Arkansas, was so deserving of this award. Her story touched me and the entire Concannon family and made us very proud to sponsor this program,” he continued. The widowed mother of four works two full-time jobs to support three children still in college. She had not seen her son who works in New York in over two years. The prize money enabled the family to make the trip to visit him and have the family all together. “This program reminds all of us about the importance of family in our own lives,” stated Concannon.
The "Concannon Vineyard 'Family First' Celebration" sweepstakes can be entered starting September l, 2011 on the Concannon Vineyard website, Concannon’s Facebook page or by mail.
