APEX Investigation (http://www.apexpi.com) has named Halsey Fischer as president, responsible for building relationships, overseeing day-to-day operations and managing corporate strategy.
Fischer comes to APEX following a highly successful career in private investigations, insurance fraud and security consulting. During those 21 years he has held the positions of Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, President, and Chief Executive Officer of four different companies. Fischer has accumulated broad executive experience over the years, having managed a start-up, orchestrated a company turnaround, raised venture capital and presided over a variety of mergers and acquisitions. He has experience in all facets of the industry while specializing in services to the insurance industry.

Prior to entering the investigating and security consulting arena, Fischer worked in the computer services and data processing industry. There he made his way up the corporate ladder after negotiating a contract generating $18 million in revenue and opening three new offices. It was the largest contract in the company’s history.
Fischer has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of North Florida and a Bachelors of Science in chemical engineering from Vanderbilt University. Fischer has also served as a lieutenant in the U.S. Navy.
