We’re not just a company worried about our financial bottom line. Our bottom line includes the personal, financial and emotional growth of our Beauty Advisors.

Belcorp International, Ltd., the 11th largest direct selling company in the world, is expanding its US operations significantly in 2011 despite the nation’s economic downturn. With over US$1.3 Billion in sales and operations in 15 countries, Belcorp has increased its US workforce at its San Francisco headquarters by 23% year-to-date and is looking to grow by another 18% by end of year. “My vision is for Belcorp USA to become the No. 1 luxury skin care and beauty multi-level marketing (MLM) company through its L’Bel brand,” said Mona Ameli, Belcorp USA’s General Manager.

At the executive management level, Belcorp announces two recent additions: Graciela Sanchez, Director of Sales and Marketing, and Bruce King, Director of Finance, Operations and Technology. Sanchez, a Bay Area native and UC Berkeley alum, brings to Belcorp over10 years of expertise working within the MLM business model. She has worked in both corporate management and in field development, building strong businesses in US and Mexico. Sanchez currently leads all of Belcorp’s bilingual marketing, communication and sales initiatives.

Bruce King brings more than 20 years of financial and operational experience to Belcorp USA working previously as the CFO of SolarCraft, The Coaches Training Institute and Kingsbrook Inc. King has a BA in economics from Colgate University and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. He is also a licensed CPA.

Beyond the corporate level, Belcorp USA has increased its distributor-base nationwide by 138% from 2010 to 2011 year-to-date. This number reflects the importance Belcorp places on bringing economic growth to its sales force, especially in light of recent high national unemployment numbers and economic instability. Through the Belcorp business opportunity, Independent Beauty Advisors are offered flexible work hours and lucrative earning potential. As Ameli explains, “We work together to make a contribution to our community. We’re not just a company worried about our financial bottom line. Our bottom line includes the personal, financial and emotional growth of our Beauty Advisors.”
