North America's leader in call center software expects a focus on cloud computing, software as a service

We have experienced unprecedented growth with Metaswitch service providers over the last 12 months.

Telax Hosted Call Center, a leader in contact center technology, today confirmed their participation as an exhibitor at the Metaswitch Forum 2011, an annual forum which brings together telecom leaders from around the world. The Forum will take place at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada from October 3rd and 6th.

Metaswitch Networks, who first organized the Forum in 2004, is a leader in telecommunications hardware and software creation and manufacturing. In February 2010, Metaswitch certified Telax Hosted Call Center as interoperable, allowing Metaswitch owners such as service providers and CLECs to offer their customers an advanced contact center solution.

The Forum will open with a workshop on Hosted Business Services, an area of discussion in which Telax intends to be very active. “Cloud is the definitely a hot topic in our industry and we're expecting more of a focus on cloud and software as a service this year than there was in 2010,” confirmed Sharkawy.
