“In addition, the enhanced functionality in loan processing will help our members to enjoy a wide array of products,” he continues. “We’re looking forward to the increased efficiency this will bring to the lending area, as well.”
Elevations Credit Union also is excited about moving to a paperless environment. “Not only is having eSignatures a great convenience for our membership,” says Henry, “changing to a paperless environment is also important to our staff and our members. It is consistent with our organization’s Green Policy Initiative, which ‘seeks to minimize the impact of our activities on the environment and promote the understanding of sustainability in our business activities.’”
Elevations Credit Union members will be able to access the platform online 24/7, and staff can use the system in branch to expedite member services. Everything from Elevations Credit Union’s new Symitar core processing system, to ID verification, check orders and credit reports will be integrated within one seamless platform. “The integration of new accounts, lending and other ancillary software programs into one convenient, easy-to-use platform also offers optimum cross-sales advantages,” adds Tim Nguyen, chief technology officer at MeridianLink.
