Doxim Delivers Better Looking Statement for North Peace Savings & Credit Union

North Peace Savings statements are generated using data from the Fiserv Acumen banking platform.

Attractive New Statement Design
This project delivers a significantly improved statement design and presentation for North Peace Savings, helping accommodate specific member preferences and targeted member communications. Notably, it includes a dynamically generated summary of accounts, by account type, on the first page of the statement. This provides members with an easy to read snapshot of their entire account. The new design also enhances the delivery of North Peace Savings’ brand messaging by accommodating full color logos and corporate color schemes.

Improved Marketing Message Management
With this new statement design, North Peace Savings now has a large marketing message area on page one of their statements, allowing them to easily communicate the latest marketing campaigns to all members. This ensures members are kept up to date on new services and promotions and reduces the need for additional mail inserts.

Reduced Operational Costs
By incorporating changes to term deposit tables and transaction data, Doxim has also reduced the overall length of the statement content, leading to ongoing reductions in both print and paper usage. This directly translates into lower monthly operations costs for North Peace Savings and Credit Union.

North Peace Savings has also opted to move to full color printing for this new statement, ensuring that the overall brand and marketing messages are faithfully delivered to all members, in both print and electronic formats.

eStatements Too
As a natural extension to this new statement design project, North Peace Savings has also opted to take advantage of Doxim Enterprise Content Manager (ECM) to provide access to eStatements to both its staff and members. Upon product launch staff will have browser-based access to eStatements through the Doxim ECM interface, enhancing their member service responsiveness and increasing overall operational efficiency. Members will access their eStatements through their online banking portal, which is provided by MemberDirectTM.
