This self-help guide is a virtual treasure chest of inspirational gems overflowing with charming wit and insight.

Almost everyone loves the game of basketball. It is not just a physical game, it is also a sport that involves the mind and heart. But how can life be compared to this sport? Presenting the game of basketball as a metaphor of life, author Momodou Sabally analyzes the rise to NBA Championship of the Miami Heat, drawing significant insights from their experience on the court and showing readers how to use the same principles to succeed in life through his new book, Secrets of the World Champions. This self-help guide contains inspirational messages, witty aphorisms, anecdotes, and great lessons that will help readers achieve their dreams and become champions in their own game.

Secrets of the World Champions is not just about success, it’s about instant success. By sharing inspirational messages derived from Miami Heat’s journey to the 2006 NBA championship victory, and surprisingly simple keys, this book paves a smooth road to immediate achievement and personal rewards. It contains the witty aphorisms of Shaquille O’Neal and their relevance to personal achievement. It explains the one outstanding quality behind the meteoric rise of Heat Guard and 2006 NBA Finals MVP Dwayne Wade; the secret of how he rose from obscurity to become Sports Illustrated’s Person of The Year. It also includes a transcript and an analysis of Alonzo Mourning’s inspiring post match speech after the Heat victory.

Though based on Miami Heat’s success lessons, Secrets of the World Champions also derives success lessons from myriad sporting disciplines like soccer and football. The wisdom of this comprehensive philosophy will surprise readers as it ranges from the practical to the spiritual, celebrating the true, successful self in everyone.

This book will be featured at the New England Library Association Book Exhibit in Burlington, Vermont, on October 2 to 4, 2011.
