WHAT: On Friday, September 9, 2011, at 6 p.m., The American Society for Muslim Advancement (ASMA), along with the Cordoba Initiative and the Interchurch Center , will co-host In Good Faith: Stories of Hope and Resilience at the Interchurch Center to recognize ten years of interfaith work and accomplishments by various groups and individuals since September 11, 2001.

Scheduled presenters include entrepreneur, philanthropist and Chairman of The Foundation For Ethnic Understanding Russell Simmons, SiriusXM radio show host and CNN contributor Pete Dominick, musician/activist Salman Ahmad, New York Civil Liberties Union Executive Director Donna Lieberman, Time magazine journalist Bobby Ghosh and others.
