Foodcalc Leads Industry Dialogue On Nutrition At The Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show

Longtime industry leaders at FoodCALC have been chosen to lead a groundbreaking panel discussion at this year’s Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show in Orlando, Florida.

The San Francisco-based company has announced that Alyson Mar, Director of Nutrition, will host a dynamic panel of restaurant operators who want to share their success in providing customers with nutrition information, particularly calorie disclosure. “The food industry’s response to these conversations has been phenomenal,” said Alyson. “These stories are truly compelling and inspiring for operators afraid of providing nutrition information to patrons.”

With nearly a decade of expertise in the food industry, FoodCALC has long been recognized for its advocacy of both technology and wellness in the restaurant community. Among the panel participants is John Raulerson, Director of Technical Services for Firehouse Subs. The highly anticipated presentation follows a similar panel presented by FoodCALC at the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo last month. The session is expected to draw a record number of attendees.
