Spanlink Communications, a Silver-certified Cisco partner and international provider of Cisco contact center and customer collaboration solutions, announced today that it is extending its free social media customer care road show, Social Media For Business: Managing Customer Care, Branding and Communications, to include 11 new cities throughout the southern and western United States. The free event series features keynote speaker and author, Eve Mayer Orsburn, @linkedinqueen and CEO of Social Media Delivered, and educates customer care professionals and business owners on effectively leveraging social media through proactive engagement.
