Benefit Resource, Inc. paves the way for business growth and expansion with the opening of a new facility in Rochester, New York.

The new facility will allow for an eighty percent increase in staff along with increased technology infrastructure, a more robust phone system to support increases in call volume and enhanced security protocols,” explained Tony DiBarnaba, President. "We are just one company investing in the future, but we hope other companies will soon follow to help our economy grow."

In addition to the growth in Rochester, Benefit Resource has invested in the expansion of sales and account management staff with local offices supporting: New York City, New England, Washington DC, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Fort Lauderdale. Additional expansion is planned in the Southeast and Southwest for late 2011 and 2012.

In the last year alone, we expanded our product offering to include: Health Savings Accounts, an online commuter benefits program, an all-in-one card program, enhanced adhoc reporting capabilities for clients, mobile phone capabilities and online claims submission.”
