Patron Technology executives have a full slate of appearances at upcoming fall arts conferences. Founder and CEO Eugene Carr and Product Manager Michelle Paul will be sharing their expertise in audience development and CRM technology when they present “Online and On Target,” a half-day session at the Fall 2011 Arts Reach National Arts Marketing, Development, and Ticketing Conference, “Go for the Gold: Breaking Down the Barriers to Your Success,” October 28-30, 2011, in San Francisco, CA. Applying the key topics covered in their newly published book, Breaking the Fifth Wall: Rethinking Arts Marketing for the 21st Century, Carr and Paul will report on their nationwide arts patron research and how CRM, social media, e-mail, websites, and online ticketing can help arts managers build audiences.
Eugene Carr will be one of the featured speakers on the panel “Tear Down the Silos with CRM: Dramatically Improve Your Marketing, Sales, and Patron Experience” at the National Arts Marketing Project Conference, a program of Americans for the Arts, November 12–15, 2011, in Louisville, KY. Using case histories and real-life examples, the panel, which, in addition to Carr, includes Steven Roth, The Pricing Institute; Brian P. Sayre, Playhouse Square; and Jack Wright, Celebrity Series, will demonstrate how a 100% patron-focused CRM approach can improve ticket sales, fundraising achievements, and staff effectiveness. Earlier in the conference, Carr and Michelle Paul will be doing a book signing for Breaking the Fifth Wall: Rethinking Arts Marketing for the 21st Century, (http://www.thefifthwall.com), and giving a private, live demonstration of PatronManager CRM.
