In addition, Globanet has added Shannon Smith, Esq. to serve as director of information governance and lead its eDiscovery practice.

Smith is a member of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and the Sedona Conference, and has contributed articles to a number of publications including Corporate Counsel and Information Management.
