Home Buying Evolution Creates Free Home Buyer Referral Database for Pennsylvania Realtors

Home Buying Evolution, a company catering to the needs of people buying real estate in the greater Philadelphia area, is opening its Realtor® referral database to all interested Realtors® in Pennsylvania who are interested in offering their home buying clients alternative home buying agreements.

Our overall goal is to be able to pair in-market home buyers with Realtors® who understand and are willing to offer them alternative compensation options when buying a new home.

Home Buying Evolution, a company catering to the needs of people buying real estate in the greater Philadelphia area, is opening its free Realtor® referral database to all interested Realtors® in Pennsylvania who are interested in offering their home buying clients alternative home buying agreements.

Alternative home buying agreements are structured to allow home buyers to pay their buyer’s agent directly for their time and expertise based on a work for hire contract instead of a more traditional commission-based contract. This allows Realtors® to get paid for their time and services whether or not a home buyer makes it all the way to the closing table. In exchange for this direct payment, a Realtors® ‘traditional’ commission payment is returned to the home buyer at the closing. This means that home buyers can potentially save thousands of dollars off the price of a new home while giving Realtors® the opportunity to make guaranteed income; not the case with most traditional real estate contingency agreements.

Through the Home Buying Evolution site (http://www.homebuyingevolution.com) Realtors® licensed in the State of Pennsylvania are invited to log into the site and create an account for themselves along with their client facing contact information. Then as home buyers come into the system they will be offered access to Realtors® who can represent them in their buying area. Then home buyers can choose interview and choose the Realtor® they want to work with.”

It is expected that once the Pennsylvania rollout gets underway the Home Buying Evolution database will be open to Realtors from New Jersey and Delaware as well.
