The Tuffdisk™ VCF400 is the newest addition to the Industrial and Commercial series of Flash Solutions offered by Virtium. Unlike other Compact Flash Solutions on the market which are limited by lower density and up to 4K page NAND Flash, Virtium’s VCF400 is designed in up to 64GB densities with 2K, 4K, 8K, and 16k page Flash support. The 2 channel controller supports PIO, MDMA, and UDMA to UDMA6 modes and boasts hardware designs for SLC, eMLC and MLC NAND Flash.
