Vaca, representing the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, will be inducted in September with other new board members, after which he will be officially introduced at the bureau’s annual meeting in November.

As a DCVB board member, Vaca will join a group of local leaders from various industry sectors including hospitality, economic development, municipality leadership and the arts. The appointment underscores Vaca’s commitment to serving the local community.

A resident of the City of Dallas for 11 years, Vaca also has contributed his time and leadership to organizations such as the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Dallas Fort Worth Business Development Council, YP214 and the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. A devoted father and avid tri-athlete, Vaca resides in East Dallas with daughters Sofia and McKenzie.
