Knowledge Infusion, a global leader in the HR consulting industry, today announced the appointment of Christopher L. Haley as its Chief Operating Officer.
In this role, Chris will be responsible for managing all of Knowledge Infusion’s financial and legal operations, enhancing internal infrastructure to sustain continued growth, and managing the company’s strategic initiatives.

Previously, Chris was the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel at Black Diamond Performance Reporting, LLC, a leading provider of Web-based, outsourced portfolio management and reporting platforms to independent advisors, wealth managers, banks, broker-dealers and family offices in Jacksonville, Florida, where he oversaw all financial and legal aspects of the company and led Black Diamond’s strategic planning efforts.
Prior to joining Black Diamond, Chris practiced law at Bass, Berry & Sims, PLC in Nashville, Tennessee as a member of the firm’s Corporate and Securities and Tax Practice Areas. Chris counseled a variety of public and private companies, venture capital and private equity funds and individuals at all stages of development.
Chris graduated from the University of Mississippi where he received a Bachelor of Accountancy, magna cum laude, and a Master of Taxation. He received his juris doctorate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee School of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of the Tennessee Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Following law school, Chris obtained his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law where he received the Harry J. Rudick award for distinction in the Graduate Tax Program.
Prior to attending law school, Chris worked for Ernst & Young, LLP in Memphis, Tennessee where he was a member of the firm’s Tax Consulting Practice.
