A rich blend of joy, sorrow, and victory awaits readers in beautiful poetry anthology.

Xlibris, the print-on-demand self-publishing services provider, announced today the release of The Mingled Measure, by poet-author Martin DeC Haynes. Readers will find themselves intertwined with one man’s kaleidoscopic emotions.

Throughout the pages of this poetry book, life and all its beauty and irony are captured. “Disturbing the Dead” is dark poetry that talks about the mystical and mysterious things that may happen when the graveyard is disrespected. The poem “The Dire Distress” tells that despite how others see a person, he or she will always be a jewel in the Heavenly Father’s eyes. A tribute to the wisdom and beauty of a special woman, “Oh My Mother’s Hands” gives recognition to the wonderful things that only a loving mother can do. These and many more compelling, entertaining, and eye-opening poems await readers in this collection.

From appreciating nature to celebrating moments with loved ones to evoking questions on existence to renewing faith, each piece in The Mingled Measure will make readers ponder, reminisce, and recognize the things around them that might have been left unnoticed.

This book will be featured at this year’s Frankfurt Book Exhibit in Frankfurt, Germany, on October 12 to 16, 2011. For more information on this book, interested parties may log on to http://www.Xlibris.com.
