NAS Recruitment Communications is pleased to welcome two new Directors of Business Development to its Texas Region. Based in Austin, Gina Hollis will serve as Director of Business Development for South Texas (all locations south of Waco, Texas); Terra Lahrman, who is based in Dallas, will serve as Director of Business Development for North Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas. They join Vice President and Talent Strategist for NAS’ Southwestern Region Kristine Rhodes, who will lead the new Texas team.
In their new roles with NAS, Hollis and Lahrman will build and foster relationships with clients, provide consultative services, lead employment brand discovery and development, and generate recruitment strategies that will enable employers to connect with candidates via the most effective online and offline channels.

Hollis brings a wealth of experience to her current position that includes building strong professional relationships with organizations of all sizes. She has partnered with clients to develop effective digital strategies, improve brand messaging and delivery, and maximize ROI, all while ensuring impeccable quality and superior service. Hollis currently serves as the Communication VP for the AMA board in Austin and holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Baylor University.
Lahrman brings more than 15 years of employment marketing experience to her current role—experience that has made her an active listener, a proactive strategist, a consensus builder and an exceptional steward of client budgets. A true advocate, she helps clients reach candidates in effective and cost-efficient ways to maximize both recruiting success and ROI. A member of SHRM and SMA, Lahrman is frequently a featured speaker at HR events. She has completed coursework in entrepreneurship at the Caruth Institute, part of Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business.
Leading the NAS Texas team is Kristine Rhodes, Vice President and Talent Strategist for the Southwestern Region. With more than 20 years of marketing and recruitment communications experience, she has provided consultation, competitive research/analysis, employment brand development, digital media engagement, onboarding and talent retention strategies for a wide range of clients. Rhodes currently partners with many NAS clients, including Microsoft, CDW, U.S. Cellular, HCA North Texas, Sun Healthcare Group and Hyatt Global. She holds a bachelor’s degree in fine arts, with minors in communications and public relations, from Southern Methodist University.
