The new initiative is designed to ensure that prospective parents never have to pay a higher price for tuition at any Children of America facility than they would at any nearby educational childcare institution.

The 'Meet or Beat' program is open to new enrollees only, and competitor rates must be verifiable. Competitor's rate sheet or rate advertisement must be provided at the time of enrollment, and the competitor must be located within a 3 to 5 mile radius of any COA location.
