Chef Michael Feker is a culinary innovator who has made it his mission to get people back to the dinner table; from his restaurant, IL MITO Enoteca, to his cooking school, CMF’s School of Culinary Magic, in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. He has now taken his mission to the corporate market as he strives to inspire, energize and motivate team bonding in a comfortable, home-like setting.
At his state-of-the-art Culinary Studio, Chef Feker guides his guests through a dining and cooking experience, first by sharing the chemistry of food, and fundamentals of cooking, then giving them the opportunity to break into groups and implementing what they have absorbed to work together to create a portion of their meal. As teams are cooking, while being guided by Chef Feker’s love for food, they are cultivating their communication, leadership, organization and problem solving skills.
