Budco Celebrates Employees, Gives Back to the Community

Budco, a leading fulfillment and direct marketing organization, raised funds for Habitat for Humanity while recognizing its outstanding employee base with Employee Appreciation Day celebrations.

Fundraising activities for the charity included two 50/50 raffles and a dunk tank, featuring eight members of the Budco leadership team.

“I had a great time,” said Scott Hamerink, Solution Architecture Manager, “It was great to see the entire Budco community out enjoying the day’s events.”

Further Employee Appreciation Day events included barbeque lunches, prize raffles, a photo booth, and the first annual Budco Olympic Games which included three relay races and a water balloon toss. All Budco employees were provided a commemorative t-shirt to wear during the festivities and were encouraged to participate in the events throughout the day.

“These events were a wonderful way for us to show employees that they are our greatest asset, and simultaneously raise money for an exceptional cause” said Terry Niles, President, “Our goal is to maintain an employee culture where everyone knows they are valued, and to instill the spirit of giving back to the community.”
