Leading learning company Pearson celebrates today its eleventh year on Working Mother magazine’s 100 Best Companies list. This year, Working Mother is honoring Pearson for its emphasis on worklife programs for all employees and flexible working opportunities.

As today’s work environment increasingly becomes digitally based, Pearson continues to offer a full spectrum of programs meant to support employees in every stage of life. With a company culture reflective of this commitment, Pearson’s initiatives include flexible work options, such as flex hours, part-time work and telecommuting; educational opportunities that encourage employee development; programs that support a healthy lifestyle; and a dedication to worklife benefits, such as back-up childcare and eldercare as well as financial aid for adoptions.
