Easy To Use
Pinpointe’s ForceSync is simple to use and install with no apps to download or setup. Just two easy steps get synchronization running.
− On the Salesforce.com side, an API key grants permission to the user ID selected to synchronize contacts into Pinpointe.
− On the Pinpoint side, enter Salesforce credentials and select synchronization of either Salesforce.com Leads or Salesforce.com Contacts with Pinpointe.
User Options Provide Sync Flexibility
Users select synchronization frequency and time interval. By default, Salesforce.com contacts will synchronize to Pinpointe daily, or can be synchronized manually. Choose to sync all unsynchronized contacts, or contacts that have not been synchronized in the last day, week or month. After sending a campaign, Pinpointe can also synchronize bounced and unsubscribed contacts back over to Salesforce.com to ensure against a resend of unwanted emails.
