Panviva, Inc. today announced that it is pleased to be a major sponsor for the upcoming Health Plan Alliance (HPA) conference on Achieving Excellence in Customer Service. The event will be held in Portland, Oregon, September 21 – 23, 2011.

Panviva is the developer of SupportPoint, a business process guidance system that helps health insurers lower their call center costs and improve their customer satisfaction scores. The HPA, an organization of provider-sponsored and independent health plans, offers special programs that leverage the advantages of collaboration while allowing HPA member plans to maintain focus on their local marketplaces. The two organizations announced a strategic relationship earlier this year that provides advantageous purchasing arrangements for Panviva solutions to all HPA members.
