YesVideo, the largest video transfer service in the world, today announced a new partnership with the Jack & Jill Late Stage Cancer Foundation (JAJF). YesVideo will be providing JAJF sponsored families with free services to preserve their home video memories to cherish and share with family and friends.

The partnership developed as a result of the companies’ shared passion to create and preserve special moments in life. JAJF provides children who have a parent facing late stage cancer the chance to spend cherished time together during WOW! Experiences®, creating positive memories that will last long after the loss of their parent. YesVideo provides services and programs designed to encourage families to protect and share memories, like those, for generations to come.

“The Jack & Jill Late Stage Cancer Foundation is a wonderful organization that gives families living with late stage cancer a rare opportunity to get away from the disease by spending quality time together creating lasting memories,” said Sharleen Reyes, YesVideo’s Director of Marketing Communications. “It’s very inspiring and we are honored to team up with them to support their efforts. Together, we can help ensure that those left behind by cancer will be able to preserve, cherish and share memories with family and friends for future generations.”

More than one million Americans are affected by a parent who has been diagnosed with late stage cancer. JAJF has treated nearly 500 families to WOW! Experiences, unique vacation weekends designed to put cancer in the back seat, while the family celebrates their limited time together. Families are encouraged to capture photos and videos of their special moments, so that they have a way to remember their time together.

“There is great synergy between YesVideo and JAJF. YesVideo appreciates the importance of capturing, preserving and sharing memories and images of joy and happiness,” said Jon Albert, president and founder of JAJF. “Against the backdrop of late stage cancer and the imminent loss of mom or dad, YesVideo’s expertise and heart takes on added importance. Together, we’ll be able to make a positive difference by touching lives throughout the United States.”

As part of their partnership, following each WOW! Experience, YesVideo will take photos and video captured by the family, create a DVD movie, and store the movie online with YesVideo’s MemorySafe® program. The family will then receive a customized DVD of their WOW! Experience that they can easily view and share with family and friends everywhere, ensuring the memories will never be forgotten.

YesVideo’s services are available both online at http://www.yesvideo.com and at more than 34,000 retail locations throughout North America. Through YesVideo, families have the ability to convert memories to contemporary digital formats. And, for consumers who record memories with high-definition camcorders or smartphones, YesVideo can capture the videos and photos with high-definition clarity on Blu-ray disc.
