Fast, Fresh and Simple aimed toward viewers on the go that love to cook

An Amazing new cooking show, Fast, Fresh and Simple with Hope Cohen, premiered September 13, 2011 on The Comcast Network. The series is based on the original recipes from the forthcoming cookbook, Fast, Fresh and Simple with Hope Cohen. The series will air at the 5:30 slot on Tuesdays for 18 weeks through January 2012. The show is filming locally at Spogue and Company in Wayne, PA.

“Fast, Fresh and Simple with Hope Cohen” will showcase recipes that are created for the busy adult that enjoys cooking. The recipes include seasonal ingredients that are readily available and quick to prepare when left with little time after a long day. Says Cohen, "The recipes were created to look and taste amazing with little prep time, but taste delicious enough to make when entertaining on weekends."

Working in the front and back of upscale Philadelphia area restaurants, Hope Cohen started her career in the restaurant business and her appreciation for culinary excellence blossomed. At the age of 18, Hope started her own catering business as a self-taught chef. She has been recognized by and worked along side some of the nations most well known chefs today. Over the years Hope has created a culinary consulting company, Strawberryblonde Consulting. She continues to travel extensively abroad studying restaurants, the art of cooking and its relation to culture.
