Anthony Emeritus’ Book reveals innovative way to approaching crime, which gives felons hope and opportunity to change for the better.

Is it possible for a hardened criminal to change for the better? Author Anthony Eremitus, M.A. believes it is possible and uses himself as a prime example of transformation from extreme criminal to responsible adult. In this age of skyrocketing concerns about crime, “Criminal Exposure” presents straightforward ways to change felons into responsible adults by offering unique glimpses of the criminal mind as it peels back layer after layer of a once deviant personality.

This book approaches the problem of crime in novel ways that enable society and prisoners to maintain dignity while providing realistic methods through which criminals can in fact change and become responsible adults. This formidable task has been accomplished by using the author as an example in order to (1) make the criminal personality comprehensible to even law-abiding citizens, (2) share techniques that enabled an extreme criminal to attain significant and lasting change, and (3) provide criminals and society with hope.

“Criminal Exposure” provides an unfettered look at the life of Eremitus, an extreme criminal for over fifteen years, by tracing thinking and behavior patterns that once infected all aspects of his being and by disclosing details of his program for change; Eremitus serves as an example to demonstrate that until thought processes are altered nothing will curtail criminal action.

“Criminal Exposure” will be featured at the New England Library Association Book Exhibit in Burlington, VT on Oct. 2-4, 2011.
