Producers Set Sights in Luring Elite Relocation Clients to RETVi Network

Global Maximus Productions, LLC announced today that the Company has begun working with PBSHoldings, Inc. (PBHG) producing shows for the new fully interactive real estate network, Real Estate TV Interactive (RETVi).

The announcement of the partnership was previously made public and the partners are now embarking into the task at hand. Creating the largest, most dynamically balanced message platform in the world of real estate television and on-line media.

The RETVi network develops and distributes real estate related programs for hotel in-room televisions and business centers as a free guests tutorial. The programming is formatted to attract the guests user to use and generate interest in services being rendered by the networks real estate agent member base.

The producers will be producing twenty-seven shows for the network monthly with creative emphasis in attracting highly desirable business travelers towards the use of the tutorial system. The network will also lean heavy into the marketing of relocation services lending members access to fully qualified consumer leads from the network.

The network is set to host a multi-national member base of real estate agents providing services in the U.S., Canada and Mexico initially with plans to expand into Europe within a few years from the start of the North American launch of the network.

An example of one of the upcoming shows is in "Southern Charmers" starring up and coming actress Amy Chambers. The show will preview luxury homes located in the southeastern part of the United States and will be partnered with other regionally themed shows. RETVi will provide also for additional regionally focused shows to bring regional familiarization to the traveler.

The network is setting up to start allowing members to register into the network as part of the agreements with the agencies providing services through the network. The network is being distributed in phases with phase I being distributed as a lead generator targeting real estate buyers and relocation candidates.

Phase II of the network's launch is anticipated to go "Live" in January 2012 to a mass audience of hotel guests through RDP Hospitality Group and select exclusive distribution partners as part of the Rev-Pak free-to-guests bundled entertainment and tutorial system. The guests will then be able to select the network from the guests service options as a dedicated free guests resource.

The networks programming when compared to that of other real estate networks will focus on limited studio programs and more heavily into cost effective reality based format surrounding the networks members and their active listings. The uniqueness of the networks format is the tie to its members and the stories that surround their everyday lives.
