"When many of our clients come to us they are hurting and frightened. They are often struggling with serious injuries and have huge medical bills, or they've lost a loved one in an accident and don't know where else to turn."

Each year, Newsweek magazine recognizes a selct group of personal injury law firms nationwide for recognition for excellence. This year, Cappolino Dodd Krebs LLP, one of only three firms in Texas, was selected to this list.
"I'm both humbled and honored," managing partner Richard A. Dodd said after Newsweek approached the firm with the recognition. "I'd like to think that it is our hard work and commitment to our client's needs that led to this."
More important than this recognition, Dodd said, is the fact that he and his partners have made the lives of many ordinary working people better. "When many of our clients come to us they are hurting and frightened. They are often struggling with serious injuries and have huge medical bills, or they've lost a loved one in an accident and don't know where else to turn."
Timothy Cappolino was chosen to represent the firm. Cappolino earned his law degree from the University of Houston Bates College of Law. He is state certified in personal injury trial law and civil trial law, and is a nationally certified civil trial advocate.
Cappolio Dodd Krebs LLP represents clients in complex litigation including asbestos exposure, birth trauma, personal injury, product liability, oil and gas lease royalties and wrongful death. The firm has Texas offices in Austin, Temple, the Woodlands and Cameron.
