The Facebook "BUBBLICIOUS® Clubalicious" promotion increased Rita’s Franchise Company’s fan base, their email subscriber base, and created buzz around the new BUBBLICIOUS® Ice flavor.
To encourage viral behavior, a social sharing tool was developed, entitled "What Makes You Bubble With Happiness?" The social sharing tool exemplified various BUBBLICIOUS® Bubbles, which facilitated a fun, playful way for fans to express themselves and share with their friends through their Facebook pages. The tool served as a targeted medium for Rita’s to market their brand, the newest flavor and the three-week long sweepstakes.
