Administration solutions leader Benefit Express has been awarded a 3-year contract by Chicago Public Schools (CPS) to perform Flexible Spending Account Administration for over 42,000 benefit eligible employees.

Chicago Public Schools (CPS) awarded Benefit Express a 3-year contract to perform Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Administration for its more than 42,000 benefit eligible employees.

CPS was seeking a proven leader in benefits administration with strong fiscal responsibility and a flexible solution that could grow with them and increase FSA participation. Throughout their RFP process, CPS sought a consultative vendor with deep capabilities to provide expert service, backed by service level agreements, to rapidly implement an enhanced solution.
