GG+A President and CEO John J. Glier announced today that Christine Perovich has joined the firm as Senior Vice President Philanthropic Analytics. “Perovich brings to the firm a strong background in metrics and performance-driven leadership, which will be a great asset to both the Analytics team and GG+A’s clients,” said Glier.
Perovich will manage the firm’s flagship wealth screening and analytics product, DonorScape®, as well as related analytics services such as predictive modeling for philanthropic giving, organizational benchmarking, and supportive consulting services.
DonorScape® is a proprietary wealth screening application of GG+A, now in its 25th year. The GG+A Philanthropic Analytics team employs demographic and statistical techniques to provide sophisticated, cost-effective prospect analysis for not-for-profit organizations to improve fundraising performance through strategic analysis and application of data.
Perovich joined GG+A with more than 16 years of progressive leadership roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen. As Lead Director, Knowledge Services Organization at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Perovich was selected to re-invent processes and systems of the group following a major reorganization. In this role, she implemented rigorous performance metrics, improved staffing scenarios, increased revenue potential of the cost center, and directed activities of benchmarking and survey teams.
Prior to holding this role, Perovich served as Director, Global Best Practices® at PricewaterhouseCoopers. There, she managed website quality and client relations to ensure Global Best Practices (GBP), PwC’s proprietary resource of performance management tools and resources. She rebuilt a team of high performers after relocation from Chicago to Tampa, and exceeded productivity targets through focused analysis, workflow management, and insightful leadership. Her team’s work led to consistently superior customer satisfaction ratings for design, planning, and management of large-scale, multi-faceted best practice and benchmarking projects. She conceptualized and introduced new resources to meet firm-wide knowledge needs, such as trend and best practice reports that became high-demand resources throughout the firm.
