In response to rapidly increasing market demand, Autotask Corporation, the world’s leading provider of hosted IT business management software, today announced that it is significantly expanding global operations and translating its software into six languages; German, Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, French, Italian and Japanese. The move follows recent announcements that the company has opened international sales and support offices in the UK and signed a distribution agreement to serve customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Autotask software is currently used by thousands of IT service providers, value-added resellers (VARs) and managed services providers (MSPs) in 54 countries. More than 25% of Autotask’s customers are located outside of the United States and Canada; a figure that continues to increase. The company anticipates fully-localized and translated versions of its software will be available in German and Mandarin Chinese by early 2012, with the remaining translated versions available by the end of Q1, 2012.
