The Board of Directors of GreenStone FCS has recently elected Frank Engler and Scott Roggenbuck as the 2011-2012 Board Chairperson and Vice Chairperson.
Frank Engler will serve his second consecutive year as the Board Chairperson as he continues to carry out his 17-year board membership. In addition to his time with GreenStone FCS, Engler also serves on the Isabella County Soil Conservation Board, the Deerfield Township Board of Review, the Isabella County GOP Executive Committee, the Isabella County Farm Bureau Board, the Vision 20/20 Economic Development Group, and the Beal City Knights of Columbus Building Committee.
Roggenbuck also continues his board membership with GreenStone FCS having already served four years on the board. Roggenbuck is a cash crop farmer from Harbor Beach, Michigan. Along with his time spent with GreenStone FCS, Roggenbuck is the president of Cedar Pond Farms, Inc., a beef and sugar beet operation, as well as of Cedar Pond Ag Service, a Pioneer seed sales agency. Roggenbuck is also a member of several committees, including the Sugar Beet Advancement Committee, the Michigan Sugar Beet Research Committee, St. Anthony’s Building Committee, and St. Anthony’s Men’s Club.
