This month, the company is proud to highlight the achievements of Aekyo Lee, one of the standout members in the Dahn Yoga community. Lee has been sharing the endless Dahn Yoga benefits and working as an instructor of DahnMuDo, a Korean martial art discipline, for two decades.

DahnMuDo is a training system that helps individuals channel the appropriate energy so they can use the limitlessness power within themselves to integrate their mind, body and spirit. DahnMuDo - also known the "art of being limitless" - is often described as a dynamic balance between powerful movement, exquisite grace, and inner stillness. Lee holds the esteemed position of DahnMuDo Vice President and U.S. Head Trainer of DahnMuDo in the United States.

While Lee has been sharing the many Dahn Yoga benefits and DahnMuDo stateside - he recently taught classes at Harvard University and plans to serve as the Director of the DahnMuDo demonstration at the Power Of Meditation Event in Chicago this November - the revered instructor traces his most memorable experience to when he was living in his native country. It was there that he held an accumulation pose for 30 minutes in his pursuit of fostering the flow of Ki energy.

"I felt a peace that I cannot describe in words, as though my body disappeared and became as light as a balloon, and my feet become so warm and grounded as if they wouldn't budge from the ground," Lee says. "I thought to myself, 'Wow, I feel such great ease. This must be what relaxed power is.'"

About Dahn Yoga: Dahn Yoga is a dynamic mind-body practice originating in Korea. Dahn Yoga classes combine stretching, flowing movement, deep breathing exercises and meditation in a simple and easy to learn format. Dahn Yoga is often taught alongside Tai Chi, QiGong and Meditation classes.
