Music industry professionals partner with Broadjam to provide a new, premier member benefit for artists

For independent musicians seeking professional input on their work, things just got a whole lot easier. Broadjam has launched a new service, Pro Reviewers, through which members can quickly and economically get professional feedback on their original music.

Broadjam has brought together a panel of top level, award winning artists, producers and engineers, as well as pro music critics who want to help artists make their music ready for the next level.

The Pro Reviewers include performing musicians, audio engineers, composers, music technologists and producers. Their work has appeared everywhere from CBS Sports to the World of Warcraft video games, and they have collaborated with A-list talent from Lady Gaga and Nine Inch Nails to Shania Twain and Teddy Pendergrass.

At launch the Pro lineup includes: David Arkenstone, Martin Atkins, Doug Beck, Mitch Goldfarb, Dave Hampton, Michael Marans, Larry The O, Steve Oppenheimer and Joe Vitale.

“There are so many incredibly talented songwriters on Broadjam,” says Broadjam founder Roy Elkins. “Sometimes a writer or artist just needs a nudge from a professional to make a small adjustment in their instrumentation, lyrics or mix that will make a world of difference in the quality of their music. We believe our Pro Review service will not only directly connect artists with some very successful pros, but also provide valuable feedback from someone who has been there and done it.”

Broadjam’s Pro Reviewers stands apart from similar offerings in several ways:

  •     each Pro Review includes an approved quote from the Reviewer for the artist to include in their press kit, website or anywhere they market their song
  •     artists select the reviewer by name and credentials
  •     the review is detailed, with over 35 elements rated and discussed
  •     artists can request feedback on a specific aspect they want the Reviewer to focus on
  •     Pro Reviews is affordable, starting at just $37.50 for Primo level Broadjam members

“Currently we have multiple fan and peer review mechanisms on, and Pro Reviewers is a key addition to this suite of feedback tools,” states Elkins. “It’s a powerful service that helps our members perfect, promote and market their work on Broadjam and beyond.”
