Rice brings a wealth of experience and insight to RadSite with over 13 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
“I am excited to be back in the healthcare industry and part of the RadSite team,” Rice says. “From an IT perspective, I want to reevaluate systems and redesign as necessary so RadSite is more easily scalable and can fulfill its greater objectives.”
Rice has extensive experience working on data warehouse initiatives, including client-facing data exchange projects and consumer projects that use both web and data warehouse technology.
“I enjoy leading teams of IT professionals through mentorship and example, as well as keeping tasks well defined and aligned with larger corporate goals,” Rice notes. His specialties include Visual Basic, SQL Server, project management, team leadership and consensus building.
Prior to joining RadSite, Rice served as a software developer for both Magellan Behavioral Health and the University of Texas at Austin. He took a five-year hiatus from the healthcare industry when he served as senior IT manager for Recorded Books, a company in the publishing industry.
