Walshe joins AnswerLab from Wells Fargo, where she managed User Experience Research for the Internet Services Group. With research facilities in Charlotte and San Francisco, Walshe led a team conducting 75+ qualitative studies per year for mobile and web channels at all stages of the digital product lifecycle – from ideation through execution.

“Pamela brings deep expertise in both mobile user experience and exploratory research methods to AnswerLab,” said Amy Buckner, AnswerLab CEO and cofounder. “Our clients will benefit from her experience distilling strategic business issues into research objectives and addressing them with custom, high-quality research solutions."

While at Wells Fargo, Walshe developed in-house research labs in San Francisco and Charlotte while developing key practice areas including mobile research, ethnographic fieldwork, exploratory concept testing, and usability testing. During her tenure, Walshe was instrumental in providing customer insights and driving the strategic direction for key online and mobile channel initiatives.

At AnswerLab, Walshe will grow the company’s exploratory research practice while leading a team of researchers conducting quantitative and qualitative user experience research. Walshe will work closely with clients to understand business needs and develop research strategies and solutions to answer complex business questions.
