Healthline Networks Event Focused on Improving Outcomes and Bridging Patient-Provider Communication Through Digital Innovation

Healthline Networks, the fastest growing provider of intelligent health information services, today announced the second annual Healthline HealthWeb Leadership Forum to be held on October 6 in New York City. The invite-only event will address issues in patient-provider communications and how to improve outcomes through digital innovation—the speaker list will also feature Michael Barber, vice president, healthymagination, General Electric Company; Jeff Arnold, chairman and chief architect, ShareCare; and other influential healthcare luminaries. Two hundred of the top leaders in healthcare will be in attendance, spanning both the public and private healthcare sectors, including pharmaceutical marketers, health providers, health insurers, government, Web publishers and technology innovators.

“Last year’s inaugural event inspired a ground-breaking dialogue around elevating health literacy that led to new ideas and exciting industry developments. This year we expect to expand that conversation, as some of the most revolutionary leaders transforming the healthcare industry talk about new and effective ways to engage consumers on the digital frontier with payors and providers,” said West Shell III, chairman and CEO of Healthline Networks. “We’re all coming together for one main reason – to improve how we help consumers manage their health, which will lead to better outcomes and strengthen the overall healthcare system.”
