Many centuries ago, there was a group of children with good hearts and loving spirits born in a time of sorrow. They dreamt of living in a world where both the immortals and the mortals could live together in harmony. Blessed with the Magic of the Seven Seas, they used it to fight and bring order to the world. But this did not last long and the werewolves fought against them in a war that seemed everlasting – which the children won. But at what cost? Readers can follow this thrilling and exciting saga through author Chuelsia de Carvalho’s Secrets of the Forbidden Kingdom.
The wolves were gone and the war had ended, but all at a terrible cost. The Children were also gone. They had given their lives to save their world. But one of them promised that they will also be back when the wolves return. In the present time, four children will uncover the Secrets of the Forbidden Kingdom as they hear the great story behind who they are and why they exist. Naomi, Ally, Cedric, and Jason are surprised to learn that they are The Children in the past centuries and since they are back, it can only mean the wolves have also returned. Now, they must stop the wolves from taking over again for if not, life will come to an end. But will they choose to fight and fulfill their destiny or let the wolves end life?
Skillfully written, equally compelling, and absolutely captivating, Secrets of the Forbidden Kingdom will engage readers until the surprising end unfolds.
