The webinar series will kick off September 23 at 1 p.m. ET with the theme “Membership at a Crossroads.” The host is Jay Younger, managing partner and chief consultant at McKinley Advisors, a consultancy specializing in non-profit organization management. Younger’s presentation will focus on the key aspects associations need to focus on to grow their memberships. It will be supported by research and market intelligence that will help attendees understand the factors and trends influencing association membership over the next decade.
The second webinar, “Building Community Around Knowledge” is scheduled for October 11 at 3 p.m. ET. The webinar will be hosted by Chris Urena, director of business development at CommPartners. Panelists include Ben Martin, Avectra’s product and community manager; Richard Finstein, president of CommPartners; Lindy Dreyer, chief social media marketer at SocialFish; and Adele Cehrs, president of Epic PR.
This webinar will focus around building a social strategy using knowledge management. The panelists will discuss social learning and showcase specific examples in the association space.
