She set up Doctor Halper & Associates to provide parents, educators, and health professionals in the Fairfax community with a resource for psychoeducational and clinical evaluations. Although unusual, this experience has lent her a keen ability to adapt testing materials to the particular needs of all her clients in order to achieve an accurate account of IQ and ability.
