SalesInSync, the popular sales lead management system, will be getting some upgrades using technology derived from AMG Teleran's other primary offering, AMG Alerts. Using text, email, and voice broadcast technology, sales organizations will be able to transfer information more easily not only among each other, bit to their customers.
Dave Burr, the company's CEO, explains "This natural marriage was way overdue. The popularity of AMG Alerts has been keeping us so busy that we didn't see the application within SalesInSync and our SalesInSync customer base. We know our customers can use the communication technology internally. We are looking at expanding that to allow them to access their customers as well, especially as it applies to project management."
SalesInSync is a sales process management tool that, due to its "neutral" process paradigm, is often used by customers in the management of not only long sales cycles, but project cycles as well. "We felt we needed a way to enhance the project management experience," says Burr. "This is the missing link because, unlike voice and text, e-mail is not an 'assertive' form of communication, at least in the way that most people use it."
Some of the new tools are already in place, with remaining development to occur over the next 6 months. In addition, SalesInSync will be gathering feedback from their traditional lead management customers throughout the process.
