The new 2012 Honda CR-V showed itself for the first time to the public at the Orange County International Auto Show

Howdy Honda, a Honda dealer in Austin, would like it to be known that Honda’s newest concept, the 2012 Honda CR-V was recently unveiled itself at the Orange County International Auto Show. The festivities that took place in Anaheim, California showed the general public the styling direction for the revamped, fourth-generation CR-V.

The CR-V’s staple rear taillights remain for 2012 and offer a more three-dimensional feel that ties into the new design of the vehicle. The CR-V Concept offers a large 5-spoke alloyed wheels and bold fender flares that emphasize the vehicle's historic presence and capability.

The new 2012 CR-V will offer drivers more overall efficiency especially with fuel, as a more fuel-efficient engine has been inserted in the 2012 model. The overall body weight of the CR-V has reduced as well. In addition to all-new exterior styling and efficiency, the 2012 CR-V will feature a new interior with more catering features and more overall space for consumers. The new 2012 CR-V is set to go on sale in the U.S. by the end of 2011 and will makes its debut at this year’s Los Angeles Auto Show, set for November of this year.
