Award Winning Production Company Kids At Play Adds Third Web Series with 'Gourmoo Cooking' Streaming on Moovision.com

Production Firm Already Has Two TV-Style Series Set with Yahoo!/Principato-Young/Electus, with Several More Shows in Development.

Kids At Play (KAP), which is comprised of Emmy nominated producers and award-winning directors and writers, is strengthening its position as a leading production entity in the rapidly evolving business of creating online content.

Kids At Play added to its two current series a new series entitled, “Gourmoo Cooking” which starting Tuesday, September 20 began its streaming on http://www.moovision.com.

Moovision.com addresses misperceptions about lactose intolerance and lactose-free milk and gets people talking, laughing and sharing. Sponsored by Dairy Management Inc., “Gourmoo Cooking” is a TV-style cooking show starring Kristy Bernado, author of the cooking blog “The Wicked Noodle.” Each episode features a guest food blogger who cooks with Kristy, creating a recipe featuring lactose-free milk products. The show’s debut on Moovision.com was announced by Jim Layne, Vice President, Strategic Initiative Team at Dairy Management Inc., which along with Specific Media and Digital Influence Group engaged Kids At Play to create the new web series.

Kids At Play already has two web series launching and in continuing production under its arrangement with Yahoo!/Principato-Young/Electus. The set of original series set to stream in October are “Let’s Talk About Love,” starring Niecy Nash, and “Reluctantly Healthy,” starring actress Judy Greer.

Kids At Play has created material for motion pictures, television, commercials, and digital mediums. As recent as July 2011, Kids At Play won two Empixx Awards for their video compilations for The Better Boys Foundation and Toshiba. The Empixx Awards are decided by a coalition of professionals and educators in the pixel media. For their well-regarded work, KAP has also recently won two Telly Awards for a six-spot campaign for Intel as well as a Communicator Award for three PSA’s and Website created for the non-profit entity The Better Boys Foundation of Chicago, Illinois.

Founder and Executive Producer of Kids At Play, Jason Berger, received a Best Documentary Emmy nomination at age 25 from the Sports Emmy Awards for producing “Fearless,” which aired on the Outdoor Life Network (Versus). Berger has also produced the pilot for The Sports List which aired for 65 episodes on the Fox Sports Network. Kids At Play has produced and created many eye-catching campaigns through various mediums. Since its formation four years ago, Kids At Play and its Founder have attracted the attention of some of the world’s leading companies, creating some of the most noted advertising campaigns for giants such as Intel, XBOX, Mazda, Blue Cross, Ford, Black and Decker, Purex, Oxfam, Oakley and Netgear. The Los Angeles-based production company boasts a state-of-the-art equipment facility capable of creating content across all mediums. KAP has produced numerous documentaries and television series including the currently running “50 Documentaries to See Before You Die” on Current TV.
